  1. How can I access my SugamyaWeb account if I forgot my password, and can I change my password? What should I do if I encounter issues logging in with my Parichay credentials?
    To log in to SugamyaWeb, visit the SugamyaWeb login page at https://sugamyaweb.gov.in/. If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it. You can also change your password by updating your Parichay credentials.
  2. Who can access the SugamyaWeb services and dashboard?
    At present, all the Web Information Managers, Head of Departments (NIC) and Head of Groups (NIC) are pre-boarded on the platform and can use their Parichay credentials to access the services. Nodal officers of the website can further add users with QA or Nodal rights to the organization.
  3. How do I request a test on SugamyaWeb?
    After logging in, navigate to the ‘Manage Test’ section and click on ‘Run’ icon to run the default test.
  4. How long does it take to get test results?
    Test result turnaround time may vary depending on the specific test requested.
  5. How many types of tests are there?
    1. There are two types of tests available in the dashboard.The user has an option two either select a test with ARIA or without ARIA rule set.
    2. SugamyaWeb supports WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1 guidelines norms with an option to either select A, AA or AAA levels.
  6. Can I customize the default test on SugamyaWeb?
    Yes, users have the option to customize test parameters according to their specific requirements.
  7. Where can I find my test reports?
    Test reports are typically available in the "Reports" section of SugamyaWeb after they have been processed. Alternatively, an email with test reports are sent to the registered Nodal Officer, HoD and HoG.
  8. How do I interpret my test results?
    Test results often come with explanations or interpretations provided within SugamyaWeb.
  9. How can I request additional access to test reports for individuals outside of the registered Nodal Officer, HoD, and HoG?
    To grant access to test reports for additional individuals, you can designate them as Nodal Officers within the menu settings of SugamyaWeb.
  10. Who should I contact for technical support?
    For any technical assistance or inquiries related to the usage or onboarding of the tool, you can reach out to the support team provided on support-sugamya@nic.in.
  11. What happens if the Non-Compliance issues are not attended?
    SugamyaWeb sends an automatic email stating the number of pending issues and days pending. This email is sent out on every 1st and 15th of the month to the HoD’s, HoG’s and WIMs. Please note that this email does not contain the report as an attachment.
